You may be waking up at 5AM to get your jog on, but if you're only sleeping 5 or 6 hours, that spare tire is never going to deflate.
That's where I come in. If you want to actually see solid results from all your efforts, you have to take a step back and look big picture. It's not just how you move, but how you eat, sleep, manage stress, and even how you poop! It all matters.
