Happy "weekend" everyone. Although with this groundhog day feeling, every day is sort of the same I guess. I don't know about you, but I am really struggling with my ability to stay motivated to eat right and exercise. If no one gets to see me in my spandex, why would I even care?! I have literally had gluten free vanilla frosted cake for "dinner" two nights in a row with a rosé chaser!!
Ugh! Enough already.
So, I decided to sit down and fill out the answers to the worksheet I put together for everyone last week. If you didn't take the time to read the blog post "Don't Lose Sight of Your Goals," take a minute to click back on that. I recommended you just start writing out answers to each question. The last part has you map out reframed goals and strategies.
I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful I found this practice to be!! Not just the reframing of my goals, but to think hard about what I needed to gather (tools, resources, etc) to make these goals attainable. Thinking about what could hold me back was good too, so I can be ready for the inevitable speed bumps.
