What is Functional Diagnostic Nutrition?

As a functional diagnostic nutrition practitioner, I have many tools to help you uncover the root causes of your health challenges.

  1. After we complete a discovery call together, the digging begins.

  2. Functional Diagnostic Intake Session:  I will review your personal history, recent lab work, medical history, personal concerns, and comprehensive questionnaires to help illuminate the best path forward.

  3. Testing:  Depending on what we uncover in that intake session, I will order pertinent testing for you.

  4. Results and Recommendations:  I will take all your test results and how they correlate with your symptoms and concerns and create a cohesive and step-by-step plan for you to follow over the next three months.  This will include details on all four categories of health:  Move, Nourish, Explore, and Enhance.

  5. Over those three months, we will meet every other week to help you stay the course and support you.
