Initial Assessment
$200
We'll spend time reviewing your goals, any injuries (past and present), and do a complete overview of your kinetic chain. From here, we'll be able to set your program taking all of YOU into account.
Weekly Training
$500/month (1x/wk)
$960/month (2x/wk)
I love seeing your on a regular basis and keeping the forward momentum. All sessions are 45 min.
Training On Demand
$150/session
Don't want to commit to every week, no problem. We'll check in whenever you need and make sure your workouts are on point! All sessions are 45 min.
